Leadership Team

Garfield Campbell
Founder & Managing Partner
Garfield Campbell is a hospitality executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience in hotel operations, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, Six Sigma, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, improved hotel performance, and partnered with ownership groups to drive sustainable revenue growth across Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, Sonesta, and independent hotels.
As President of A&R Hospitality Management, Garfield recognized a recurring challenge: hotels, particularly in secondary and tertiary markets, often spent months searching for qualified sales leaders. The resulting vacancies slowed revenue growth, disrupted client relationships, and eroded sales momentum. After partnering with several remote sales providers, he identified a common shortcoming that StanfordG Hospitality was built to solve—a lack of strategic commercial leadership needed to proactively accelerate new business performance.
That insight led Garfield to create StanfordG Hospitality, a commercial leadership company that combines experienced hospitality professionals with proactive sales execution and strategic commercial expertise. The result is a flexibility that helps ownership groups maintain momentum, strengthen market share, and deliver measurable results.
Having led hotels and commercial organizations throughout the United States, Garfield brings a practical, results-driven perspective to every engagement. He believes lasting success comes from investing in people, building disciplined commercial processes, and creating a culture of accountability that delivers exceptional value for owners, associates, and guests.
